The rental of the vehicle is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, the rental contract signed upon vehicle pickup, and any accompanying annexes or documents. By accepting the vehicle, the renter acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all these terms.
The driver must be at least [24] years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of [2 year]. For non-resident renters, a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) is required in addition to their national driving license. The original documents must be presented at the time of rental.
All prices are listed on our website and are quoted in [JPY/USD]. It does not include fuel, tolls, parking fees, traffic fines, or optional extras such as GPS navigation or child safety seats.
We accept major credit cards, including [Visa, MasterCard]. A security deposit will be pre-authorized on the renter's credit card at the time of pickup to cover any potential additional charges. The full rental amount is payable at the start of the rental period.
The renter must inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damage upon delivery and ensure it is recorded on the rental agreement. The vehicle must be returned to the agreed-upon location at the designated time and in the same condition it was received, with a full tank of fuel.
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations and fines, including but not limited to speeding, illegal parking, and unpaid tolls, incurred during the rental period. [Renthunder] reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of [$50] in addition to the fine itself.
